Paint To Protect

Paint to Protect™ is a coating specifically developed for application over spray foam insulation. By building code, all insulation (spray foam, fiberglass, etc.) must be protected from living spaces in most cases by a 15 minute thermal barrier. The material used most often is drywall, however in many cases it's more cost effective to paint the surface of the foam with Paint to Protect, which has been tested and approved as a thermal barrier over our Lapolla spray foam products.
